The friendliness, warmth, and openness. They take time for each team member, there is no "too busy."

I would like to make more money on my base salary or have ways to increase it with skills learned.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The DEI calls are informational. I like that I can take time to learn more about being inclusive. I love that we can take time to volunteer too! Giving back feels good.
