My wages are too low.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Nothing. My low wage is the source of a lot of my misery and I am currently looking for employment elsewhere for a higher wage.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I can't afford housing at my wage. I am in poverty. New employees at my location being hired at a higher wage and I'm not getting a raise to meet them
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Such low wages make me go deeper into debt. I am depressed by the fact that new employees are hired at higher wages and the more senior employees aren't brought up to that level. It makes me feel like the company wants me to quit and is setting me up to fail
