everything. Quit putting quantity over quality

the new management team that has taken over needs to re think some of their strategies

there isn't any at this time. I was more than happy prior to level one acquisition.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They are more concerned about quantity over quality. It's a numbers game for them, and not about doing a good job and making our bank stronger and safer for the future like the old team did. this is specifically for the new Level One people who took over the mortgage department
