I love the flexability and the people. I hope in the future there is an opportunity to help improve processes and that leadership is more involved in knowing what goes on with the customer experience and what customer "facing" operations/sales folks are running into. Much room for improvement.

I am able to work from home when needed and that is VERY helpful as a single mother

Our office and my team are great! We have fun when we are together and it gives me something to look forward to when going to work.

Overall, great people to work with. While I am frustrated with the lack of support when it comes to wanting to improve processes and procedures, I do love working for this comany and especially the team I am a part of.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The executive team is tone deaf to what is happening at the operations/customer level. They hold meetings and only involve/invite management/executive levels who are not working day in and day out with the cutomers. It feels like they have no interest in helping the customer facing employees.
What makes you most happy at work?
The people and the flexability! Being flexible is the most wonderful thing about this company. It is so comforting to know that I can work remotly when needed and do not feel any type of pressure to come into an office. As a single mom, this is HUGE!!!
