when im being told how much im improving

my manager decorates for holidays and it always adds a little extra to the space
What is the best part about your compensation package?
the pay is nice, and so are the benefits like insurance and putting money into a 401k
What makes you most happy at work?
Im happy that I get to see some good coworkers/friends, and have a job that I dont feel like im constantly failing at.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The best part is probably the amount of pto days we get, especially coming in as a new employee and I still got to use several hours without having been here for 90 days.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I appreciate the way that my branch manager makes it seem like he really knows me not only as an employee but as a person. He takes the time to make sure we as employees know he cares and has always been very helpful and willing to be an ear.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I enjoy that my team can also be exciting and friendly without feeling so stuffy and work-y all the time. I think its important to be able to have fun at work, and we always can have a good time and make work a fun environment without shirking our duties.
