There is definitely room for growth in my career here. I do enjoy working here, sometimes i need a new change, if i not learning something new everyday it becomes repetitive.

What makes me happy is making a difference in someone's life and also good snacks in break room

They are friendly and approachable. They always ask how I am doing, and I usually am a quiet person

I love the support we give one another. We have had many laughs, but also remain professional when the time comes.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I hope that I am not underpaid as a employee in my position. Getting an increase in pay for my position should be implemented.

Getting an education and speaking two languages is double the job. a pay raise would be nice to have as a sort of compensation

I like to be able to work and learn new things. I also like to be able to connect with many people from different situations.

They care about employees and don't force the sale. They make sure they foster a nice way to help people and not force them into getting something they don't need.
