THEY MOSTLY LISTEN WITHOUT JUDGMENT.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
EVERYTHING. TIRED OF BEING SEEN AT THE BOTTOM OF THE COMPANY LADDER AND NOT APPREICTAED FOR THE HARD WORK THAT I DO HERE AT THE BOTTOM.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
NOT THAT ANYONE WOULD LISTEN, BUT IT WOULD BE GREAT TO BE APPRECIATED. IT WOULD BE GREAT TO BE COMPENSATED FAIRLY. AND IT WOULD BE GREAT TO HAVE BETTER TECHNOLOGY AND CLEAR INSTRUCTION. HIGHER UPS RAINING DOWN RULES THAT ARE COMPLETELY UNREALISTIC GETS OLD
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I HAVE TO BUDGET GROCERIES AT $50 A WEEK TO MAKE IT TO NEXT WEEK. WE DONT GET TO GO ON VACATIONS LIKE OTHER PEOPLE BECAUSE WE CAN'T AFFORD IT. I WOULD LIKE TO SEE MORE THAN A $0.44 PAY RAISE IN A YEAR. I KNOW THE COMPANY CAN AFFORD IT
