The company itself is a great place to work, however the area I am in is a difficult one as the staff only get along with others of the same ilk & do not want to know about any innovations or suggestions for improvement.

Interacting with customers & being able to help them with issues & financial wellbeing

They are approachable & listen to what the 'grass roots' employees have to say & act on suggestions we may have.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
There really isn't too much to like about them, as I feel I cannot talk directly to them. If I have an issue, I have to go through my immediate supervisor who doesn't always pass on my issue.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
To stop the negative talk about staff between branches. When working at a branch for a day to help out, I feel a form of animosity as opposed to being welcomed ie staff sometimes do not even acknowledge me.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
In a conversation, to listen to what I have to say & not roll their eyes & ignore me. (Even the dull & ignorant; they too have their story - I do not think I am either) To stop gossiping behind each other's backs. Be more supportive & helpful when assistance is needed. To work as a team
