I have mostly enjoyed my time here, but the management is not always the best. It is frustrating to be told that something will be done about an employee who is violating the code of conduct, only to have them continue with the same behavior over and over.
Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
Now that I have moved to a new position, I enjoy my job and enjoy coming to work. Having a manager and team that appreciates you and what you bring to your team makes a big difference.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The 401k is good, along with the match percentage

I enjoy my coworkers and the environment in the office.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I enjoy working with the team at the DDC. They are always welcoming and provide a much needed break from the ebb and flow of the usual work day.
What makes you most happy at work?
I enjoy interreacting with my coworkers and being able to do work that other appreciate. Often the behind-the-scenes work goes unnoticed, but we are often sent kudos by our customer facing coworkers.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like that Tim McKay comes to the DDC and makes an effort to talk to everyone on his team. The townhalls he has implemented in the last quarter are informative and very much appreciated.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I enjoy working with my team and coming into the office to see them. Having a team that knows when to be serious to get the work done, but also how to have fun it so important.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
When there is issues with management or other team members the process for fixing the issues is prolonged. When there are multiple complaints about a employee and the problem is not getting better, there should be something more done.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Many of the employees have 2nd jobs in order to support themselves and their families. For some with a chronic pain disorder the benefits are terrible; paying 5,000 out of pocket and only get 750 in our HSA, that doesn't even cover a quarter of the out pocket cost.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The insurance options we are provided are mediocre and medical care and prescriptions are expensive if you have not met your HIGH deductible. There are also many banks that pay much more for the same positions, it would be nice to be compensated for the experience and expertise we bring to our teams
