I work in a very negative enviroment and it is all sadly caused by one bad apple.
Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
Its hard to come to work everyday. It is a negative place with very little positive interactions. I have spent my whole time here behind on training for my role due to things out of my control. I feel like I will never get to do the role I was hired to do for this company.

Unsure never met any of them
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Be team players instead of being focused on themselves.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
This branch needs an over haul of the current leaders.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
All the lower level employees work together and truly care about each other.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Most of us work well together and are always willing to help each other.
What makes you most happy at work?
My relationships with my co workers and the customers I have gotten to know.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I was denied insurance through our company so I am not a fan of our package.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We do not offer a competitive wage to keep up with the ever increasing cost of living.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
I think they should make sure new employees first know who they are and second that we understand the mission.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Its one of the most toxic places I have worked. There are good people here who try hard everyday with zero acknowledgment
