I love the job that I do and some of the people I work with. I constantly have something to do.

We are so inviting as a company to everyone that comes to work with us. As long as you're a worker and not just a body, you're accepted.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel the amount of work we put forth in certain operational positions is not paid adequately. We're worth more for the quality, necessity and dedication of our positions.
