the pay is way low as per the market dynamics and keeping the inflation in mind.

We are happy team, always motivated to serve the customers and meet the larger company goals. My manager is super nice and take care of us always. That in turn keeps us committed and always trying to do our best.

The compensation should be decided on the basis of experience, qualification and number of years spent in the workplace. But such is not the case, and the salaries are fixed only on the basis of your role, which is actually demotivating. the compensation should match inflation.
