low hourly pay rate, while other banks pay their tellers the same amount as a banker getting paid
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I think we were a stronger company with the Chaldean community as part of our customer base. I don't think there is saving in this part, but maybe loans and mortgages can help us stay afloat
