Overall it is a positive experience, although the processes in place and disconnects between lines of business makes me feel inefficient, ineffective and results in lack of confidence when meeting with clients.

Overall, the experience is good, although I'd say it has dropped in recent years due to the lack of alignment between some of the lines of business as well as the executive team. This lack of alignment and partnerships continues to create increased inefficiencies and ineffective processes.
