They're knowledgeable, thoughtful, intelligent people that I enjoy working with.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Better pay, better staffing, less hours, less time on the phones.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Hiring appropriate staffing levels instead of constantly giving us more shit to do while we're short staffed and complaining we're not doing enough. Come down here and help then if you don't want to hire more people. Lazy worthless wastes of a paycheck.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The top execs at the company make like half a million dollars in bonuses and the normal staff don't get bonuses. If you're already making half a million dollars salary you don't need a half million bonus. This is corporate greed and you should be ashamed.
