Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
I started with very little training with my mentor. But have gotten better with all the other team members helping and mentoring me as well. I do feel stronger now than what I did when I first started. The company is awesome and I really enjoy the customers that come in the branch and drive thru.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I would like more money any time.

They always help each other out.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
it seems to be ok

Yes I enjoy the people and all of our customers.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
They value as a person for any culture and our environment.

I just would like to make more money an hour than what I do.

They all work together to get the job of the day done. We are a great team.

They are goal oriented and provide all kinds of feed back to improve my job. They also give wonderful direction.

The people in our team try really hard to help customers and make sure they are satisfied with everything that we have to offer.
