The team (excluding manager) works well together and enjoy each other. We work well as a team and support each other.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I've been a loyal employee for over 15 years and I am in the pay grade MINIMUM. Insurance is expensive and barely covers any expenses.
