definitely do not feel undervalued just not competitive with other banks

i really feel like they care about me as a person and not just a number

We work very well together, We care about each other on a business and personal level.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
its not that i feel undervalued, other banks pay their employees more than what we make. I don't feel that is unfair or anything but being paid the same as competitor banks would be nice.
What are some of the best things about your team?
i honestly feel like yorktown has the best team around. we look out for each other, we care about each other we help each other without complaining. there is nothing i wouldn't do for any of my co workers. i love coming into work every day because of this team.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
at this location it is 100% how we all get along. our personalities are all alike, we joke with each other but will step in and help out when we need it. i feel safe here and i feel like im with my family. im here with them more than my actual family so i'm glad i get to spend it with them.
