Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
My experience with FMB has been welcoming and motivating. I am happy about the tuition reimbursement, the weekly coaching sessions with my manager and the great team I work with. The one thing I would change is better onboarding and training for new hires.

They are available! Terri Cable and Bianca Miralos are excellent examples of what leaders should encompass. They are professional, courteous and knowledgeable of our products and processes. They are both committed to making our work environment enjoyable and support us in obtaining our goals.
