Everything is great, except the fact that we don't get enough PTO, for vacation. Work life balance could be better if we could get a day off for working on Saturdays. Overall, I love the company and I'm planning to stay.

I love my role, I like the people I work with, I am being supported by management, I feel my ideas are valued, the pay could be adjust based on the inflation rate. More PTO should be offered, sick time is enough.
