I have enjoyed my work here at First Merchants. I feel that this company allows me to bring a value to my customers and puts me in a good position to positively affect my surroundings. The only complaint I have is the pay structure.

The recent change in culture to bring more managers and staff into decision making. Using provided feedback to better communication.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Most people in my position aren't even at the medium pay levels. A more competitive pay structure with raises for cost-of-living merits to follow.

A yearly cost of living raise. More affordable benefits. Raises have been stagnate and cost of living and health care continue to outpace wages.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My leadership team is a mixed experience. I feel that my direct supervisor is interested in my success. But that's kind of where it stops.
