Co-workers need more financial compensation, so the good ones don't leave for another job.

Because I know I could make more money going elsewhere. I would feel better getting a pay raise without needing to leave.

I know I could go to another bank and get paid a lot more money so I feel like I don't get paid enough here for the work that I do. I would like to get paid more money.
