What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We have a vast and dynamic array of individuals that we get to call our First Merchants Family. I enjoy getting to know and work with people from all walks of life and their experiances.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I enjoy the flexabilty of remote work. I know it seems like its a norm but the reality is that it is a benefit the company allows us to enjoy and is not something it has to allow us so I greatly appreciate it.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like the fact that they let us see them as people. They bring their authentic selves to work and put that on display and to me that makes them much more relatable. It may sound silly but for me it makes it easier to follow a person the I feel could relate to me and I can draw comparisons to.
