The leadership team in my bank is top notch. I do not know much about the executives at the company

The work itself is as close to stress free as a job can get (I have had a lot of jobs). The team at the branch is great,
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
We have so much downtime, and yet we are not allowed to search the internet freely, or even read books at our station. Also 4 day work weeks
