we work absolutely wonderful together, we just need to get a manager to fit our branch that works with us as well as a team

I was dealing with some things at my branch that I had to reach out to HR about that were absolutely not ok. They handled it properly and in a timely manner.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I feel like I am not listened to, and when I try to speak it gets twisted. I am now afraid to ask questions because of this, feel anxious coming to work every day.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
my co workers that have become like family, and I feel like I can go to Adam and Ann about any issues I am having. It is typically diffcult feeling to talk to your bosses.
