
Positive experience all around. I've even inquired about moving to another department using a skill set/college earned degree which was met with a "lets talk about this and see what happens" so that is definitely a great thing I'm not used to hearing.

They're all very personable. They really seem to get to know everyone they come in contact with.
Acceptance of all lifestyles, religions, etc. You don't get that with banks, or financial institutions. So, this is extremely positive.
Very interested in me as a person not just what I can do for them or the team/company. Which alludes to growth opportunities in the company.
There is a genuine interest from them to us. As if there are no differences from one person to the next, no split in tax brackets, we're all treated equally on every level.
As I mentioned in the leadership question. Everyone is treated like we all grew up together. Friendly atmosphere, openness to lifestyles, ideas and progressive thinking make for a very positive environment. We are fortunate with FMB.
My team, there could be better communication between us all. Sometimes I feel like I'm the only one that has that on the fore front while others are like "well I know about this situation, no one else needs to" then several of us will be in the dark on any given situation.
