What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Less work and more pay.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
After watching co-workers get let go on a whim I feel like I'm only here by luck of a lottery draw. After downsizing and giving everyone more work we didn't get any kind of raise.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Letting us have more time off of work such as a 4 day work week. Paying us more as the cost of living keeps rising and we're doing more work after layoffs yet seeing no raise. Laying off themselves or taking pay cuts instead of laying off workers doing actual work.
