The management in Customer Care. Not all, just some.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The engagement between co-workers. We are social and helpful to one another.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My direct manager, team lead and CSIII are very helpful. The rest of our team is great and we all work together well.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
A certain manager in Customer Care is very rude and disrespectful. I have had many issues, and it seems to still go unresolved. If I ever leave this company, it is most likely due to this manager.
