Other than disparate compensation for level of effort and underwhelming annual increases, FMB is a good place to work

Compensation does not match level of effort, experience, or complexity of the job. Annual increase was not fair or reasonable. Company states budgets are tight, but purchases expensive real estate and holds expensive functions
