I've been here a short time but from what I have seen that the company cares about the employees and their progress to excel.

It has been frustrating at times due to lack of communication, but it seems to be getting better after meetings with management. New environment has helped as well

My experience here has been a roller coaster but in the recent months has leveled out. I feel like training at the branch level varies extremely and should be address for future employees. I don't think it is as adequate as it could be or should be. I think this would cut down on the errors.

I don't feel like I was compensated approeratlyfor the market raises compared to fellow employees

The willingness to help and educate. Being able to discuss good, bad and everything in between.

Being able to assist our clients in their banking endeavors and needs. Helping out my teammates

My banking team is awesome, and they always have good vibes. The company seems stuffy and more about the dollar being made

Our team is the definition of a team. Everyone communicates and helps one another. We all understand each other and work very well together.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel for the pay and what we are asked to do is not fairly compensated. I feel you should be able to get your quartly individual compensation if you are on probation but did not acquire any more points during the payout quarter
