Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
i have 20 years in banking and i have and always will go above and beyond what is expected of me. i believe i should be paid accordingly to the years i have in banking. i was part time and now i just went full time and that should be just cause for a bit of a raise. Thank you
