My experience has been awful from the beginning. I have hoped for positive changes, but it just keeps getting worse. I am loyal and believe there will be a light at the end of a dark hopeless tunnel if you just see it through, but I feel this place is an endless long dark tunnel. Sorry

I can only speak on my region and the very few FMB employees/leaders I have worked with. I believe there are very good people within FMB however, my manager, and close leadership team have not been honorable or made me think of them in high regards whatsoever.

I cannot think of anything

Honesty, integrity, listening, logical thinking, rational thinking, emotional intelligence.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
For the most part they are dishonest, underhanded, untrustworthy, and 2-faced.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The environment is stressful and toxic. The pay is way below other financial institutions.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My experiences, and my issues that have been voiced have not been handled well or taken seriously.

I would like to be a part of another department and away from the current people I am stuck with

I don't have anything positive but hope in a different department I will find better people and a positive work environment
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
From my experience the leadership team is lacking accountability, appreciation, courage, fairness, compassion, integrity, trustworthiness, humility, and honesty. It feels very much like high school bullies and cliques.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The workload is massive, the stress is high, the compensation is low in comparison. Cashiers at some major stores make about the same, if not more than I do. I am here b/c I enjoy what I do, and I love my clients.

Not only am I not paid a fair wage, but every time you turn around you feel like your job is on the line. If you disagree with the wrong person, they will try and sabotage you. This is the most stressful and toxic environment I have ever been a part of.
