TAKE A LOOK AT THE RESPONSIBILITIES GIVEN TO THE CRR. ALOT OF REPSONSIBILITIES AND THE PAY DOESNT MATCH. TOO MANY HATS FOR ONE PERSON

I HAVE 1 THAT I REALLY WORK WELL WITH. OUR SA DO NOT BRING CUSTOMERS INTO MY OFFICE SO THAT I AM ABLE TO GET TO MY GOAL. I AM NOT SURE THAT I TRUST A COUPLE OF THEM

CHANGE THE INCENTIVE PROGRAM. YOU ARE GOING TO HAVE EMPLOYEES FIGHTING EACH OTHER AND NOT WORKING TOGETHER. I WANT TO FEEL APPRECIATED. GET ENOUGH HELP IN OUR OFFICE SO THAT WE DO NOT HAVE TO COVER THE SA
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
BECAUSE I HAVE BEEN HERE SOOOO MANY YEARS AND I AM TREATED EQUALLY TO SOMEONE WHO HAS DONE MY JOB FOR 2 YEARS OR LESS. ALSO WHEN I STARTED THIS POSITION, THE RESPONSIBILITIES EACH YEAR HAS GROWN TREMENDOUSLY. I NOW HAVE TO COVER SA AND YET HAVE SUCH A LOFTY GOAL TO ALSO HIT. PAY DID JUMP WITH RESPO
