everyone seems to care about each other and the bank. everyone comes to work with a smile.

I feel that I am able to have transparent 1 on 1 conversations with CMT, SMT, EMT, etc.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
when my daughter had cancer, the Company really lifted me up and supported me while I took care of her... also, I have a lot of opportunity to grow and develop my professional career here.
