Additional responsibilities should be compensated. Instead, following the VERIP program, many employees took on greater responsibilities without additional pay. Also, our benefits package (insurance) is poor and does not provide the support needed.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Some recent executive decisions are troubling and fixed on short term outcomes rather than long term success. These changes result in pitting employees against each other to see who survives. While that might result in short term success, the long-term implications are negative.
