It started great but there is to many call offs, then people leaving and not replacing the people. The hiring process is a joke.

My Branch has its ups and downs, but it is getting better the management at the branch is good and coworkers are friendly and helpful. We just need pay that matches the pay of our competitors and equipment that is not breaking down all the time.

Very little pay for the amount of work we do, compared to our competitors
