I like that we have the freedom to work from home.

The best part of the culture is the people I work with.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are all extremely positive and are very motivational. Most of the complaints that I would have been out of their control.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I work very hard every day and do not get paid for the amount of work I actually do on a daily basis.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We all work really well together. We have no problem jumping in and helping each other out with no complaints. We are very efficient with our time.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel extremely underpaid. I have seen what other banks pay their employees for my exact position and it is at least $2-$5 more. I am thankful that I have a husband with a good income because without that, I would not be able to live on just my income.
