I have a great working relationship with my manager and I have a few employees who are loyal to our team.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Insurance costs are high for a company of this size. Need an incentive for middle managers (people leaders) that is more competitive than the Apple Plan.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The culture of problem complainers and no problem solvers. Co-workers are lacking ownership in the role they play in the process and our success. Work ethic and teamwork are lacking.
