I love the investigative work I do as well as the opportunities given from my manager.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I love my job, but with the rise in daily living costs, I don't believe I am paid fairly for what I do. I am consistently looking for ways to make processes more efficient. I would like an increase in pay to reflect my work and living costs.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The annual merit raise is not very good. It was very low for the amount of work and effort I have given over the year in review. Annual salary is not comparable to other jobs posted that are similar to what I do at First Merchants Bank. An increase for a livable wage in 2024 and more vacation.
