good but wish you could feel more open to reporting a manager issue and a market leader/ auditor not tell your boss and create tension within the branch

Brandy wiles is the best thing because we back up and work together to get what needs to be done
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I step up when needed and I do alot of my managers job and myself and one other employee at my branch pick up the others slack and work multiple weekends in a row while our manager is sitting in their vehicle. Id love to step up as manager
