What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The respect towards breaks and PTO. It comes as a complete culture shock to me from watching how my Mother was treated at her company. She was made to feel like she had to work during her breaks, work during PTO, and was reprimanded for working anything less than 50 hours a week.
