I love the managers and now with the new building.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
He does not want to work. And putting a lot of the work on me.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The guy I work with has a college degree. Does not work take 3 hours lunch every day. goes at 2 and come back at 5 to work out. And gets upset with me when I ask him to work on a deal to review. Pay me less for but I do more work.
