More equal pay across the board. Bring CEO wages down and teller wages up

They could just not say mean things to me for no reason and make fun of me for crying

Managing employee relations. I have had conflict with a coworker and I feel they have not done anything to make me feel more comfortable at work
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel undervalued. I am far overqualified for this position and there does not seem to be a care about the skills that I do have
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
My coworkers are mean and then now that it isnt busy im expected to do extra work that other tellers dont have to do at other branches
