I love having the ownership that I have of my work, and that what I do makes a difference. The benefits are very good and, as I mentioned earlier, my only beef - which is significant - is how performance doesn't matter in bonus allocation in the team that I work in.

They are down to earth and accessible.

We have fun together and we share openly with one another.
What makes you most happy at work?
I love that I every day there is at least one thing that I do that actually makes a difference. I feel empowered and am never happier than when I get something done for our customers.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel that exceeds expectations employees should be rewarded with higher bonuses - in the group I work in, I do not see any financial benefits of working harder/smarter than others on my team given we all get the same bonus percentages. This is making me consider leaving the company.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I find that everyone is working towards similar goals, I love the size of the company - I've worked in big banks before, and I really like how it's easy to know what people do, since there aren't dozens of people doing similar work. People are genuinely nice and easy to work with.
