What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
With recent staffing changes, tension has increased between me and my coworkers. I think we need to work together as a team and have good communication and attitudes when it comes to doing our daily jobs. We need to set petty squabbles aside and help each other to succeed and grow.
