My specific job. I worked hard to get to a position where I could apply for it. And I am happy my manager believed in me enough to give me a chance.

Helping clients grow their business and seeing the direct impact of my work is what makes me happiest. Building strong relationships, solving problems, and being trusted as a partner in their success is truly rewarding.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
That I can feel that they really do care. And no matter what position they are in, they will talk to anyone. I have never worked for a company I can say that about. I am happy to work here, and happy my manager is who she is.
