The people within the company are nice, but the new office move feels like we're in a call center versus a bank

Everyone is personable and we get along well.

Everyone has a helpful attitude

It's a small team and we have a lot of flexibility
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Based off of the new national averages, I'm underpaid in my role

They seem to always look for ways to make the work life here a comfortable one.

They need to do a pay study and give people an increase based off of that

Everyone for the most part is down to earth and always looking to help those around them
What are some of the best things about your team?
It's a team of 2 people so we pretty much do our job and go home Which is how we like it
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
My commute to work is long, the area is busy and due to low work volume and only being a team of 2, working from home would be a better fit. Being in the office causes more stress than productivity.
