I have worked in several different departments and I think that for the most part the people we employ are great people to work with.
I enjoy working at this company because thankfully I work in a department where we are a good team. I enjoy that we get many Holidays off and I enjoy my job itself.
My coworkers and doing a good job
I enjoy the work that I do so I enjoy getting to do that each day.
I appreciate that I see the executive team trying to improve communication and connection with the rest of the company.
If the leadership team is referring to the executive team, I appreciate that I see them trying to take our feedback and improve.
We all get along very well. We can relate on a personal level with each other which I think helps us work better together.
I enjoy the ERG's and all the people that participate in them. I think it helps foster a good sense of community within our company.
Compensation correlates to feeling valued and knowing that people in this field make a lot more at other companies makes it hard to justify staying here.
My coworkers are willing to help when there are problems, they're willing to learn new things, and they are typically in a good mood due to the culture within our department.
I love the ERG's. They are full of people that just want to understand, appreciate, and learn from others. I think this is how I would like our culture to be and we're heading in the right direction.
It's hard to speak on the culture of FMB because i've been in so many departments where the culture isn't necessarily reflected. I think we try to have a good culture and be accepting of everyone which is nice.
My team members are knowledgeable about their tasks and helpful. We all get along even in stressful times of the year because we know we have each other's backs, and we'll make sure the work gets done on time and accurately.
I do my job accurately and efficiently and my managers know this and they do tell me as much. However, I got an exceeds expectations on my review this past year but only got a 2.75% raise. This raise doesn't reflect that the company values me. I would like bigger annual raises.
I feel valued by my managers and my team, but my compensation does not reflect that the company sees me as a valuable team member. Compensation does not seem to reflect what our scores are on the annual review so even though I exceeded expectations I got a lower pay increase than in previous years.
