What do you like best about the leadership team?
We are always able to talk to them no matter what. They listen to us. They also help guide us and give us feedback on ways to improve but also what we are doing well
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are like family to me. We spend 40 hours a week together. They are the funniest, loving, kind, and caring people I know. I am so grateful to be a part of this team
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Since the first of the year, we have had our whole job description changed. It isn't what we originally signed up for. Now having larger goals and more responsibilities we did not get any pay added. We got monthly pay outs taken away to only get quarterly pay outs that aren't the same as what we did
