Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The high-deductible insurance plan as the only option is too expensive for my pay rate to get the health care I need. We need a better balance between compensation and insurance deductible.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My health insurance deductible makes it difficult to be seen by a doctor even when they are in-network. My starting hourly pay rate makes it almost impossible to get a decent raise.
